About this role
Intertek, principale realtà internazionale di servizi ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), ricerca un Project Coordinator per un'importante azienda con sede a Bergamo.
La figura selezionata sarà il principale punto di contatto tra il cliente, le agenzie ispettive e i fornitori, garantendo una gestione puntuale delle comunicazioni, delle notifiche e dei report ispettivi. In assenza di pieno carico operativo sulle attività ispettive, la risorsa fornirà supporto anche alle attività di Document Control.
Principali responsabilità
- Coordinare le attività di ispezione in collaborazione con agenzie ispettive e fornitori.
- Gestire l'invio delle notifiche ispettive e il monitoraggio delle relative scadenze.
- Ricevere, registrare e archiviare report e documentazione ispettiva.
- Mantenere aggiornati registri, tracker e file di monitoraggio.
- Interfacciarsi quotidianamente con stakeholder interni ed esterni.
- Supportare le attività di Document Control, gestione documentale e archiviazione elettronica.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento operativo, customer service, expediting, document control o attività similari.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità.
- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative.
- Familiarità con la gestione documentale e con il pacchetto Microsoft Office.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Non è richiesto un background tecnico specifico.
