About the Role
We are looking for a highly disciplined and detail-oriented ‘Programmatic Ad Operations Executive’ to join our growing team. This is a foundational role focused on the precise execution and maintenance of our programmatic campaigns. The successful candidate will be a core member of our operations team, you will be responsible for SSP setups as well as high-volume setup and technical execution of publisher monetization campaigns within our Advertising platforms. This role requires a "process-first" mindset when following complex checklists, and ensuring 100% accuracy in handling critical campaign metrics and data-points on a day-to-day basis would be a top priority.
Role Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end setup of programmatic campaigns across various platforms, ensuring all configurations match client specifications
- Assist in the manual creation and management of setups within Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), including Pubmatic, Magnite, Adform, Xandr, and others
- Follow rigorous internal checklists to ensure every setup and publisher integration is launched without errors
- Diligently implement and update Blocklists and Whitelists to ensure high-quality, brand-safe inventory
- Manage the administrative workflow for new site and app approvals, following up with SSPs to ensure timely activation
- Ensure supply-side targeting parameters for Private Marketplaces (PMPs) and Open Auction environments are entered accurately and audited regularly
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Advertising/ Ad Operations with knowledge of RTB, SSPs, DSPs and OpenRTB concepts
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and at least one SSP (PubMatic / Magnite /Xandr/ Adform/ Unruly/ Equativ/ Sovrn) preferred
- Possesses an uncompromising commitment to quality; adhering strictly to relevant SOPs/ Checklists ensuring every campaign setup meets the highest standards
- Proven technical proficiency in end-to-end campaign execution (setting up IOs, creatives, line items) across PMPs, PGs and Open auctions
- Experience monitoring and optimizing core performance metrics (Impressions, CPM, Fill Rate, Win Rate) while managing auction mechanics like floor pricing and first/second-price auctions
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/ Microsoft Excel (Data handling/ analysis, V&X-LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Advanced functions)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Some exposure to header bidding solutions (Prebid.js, Amazon TAM, and Open Bidding) and third-party Ad-verification tools (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, Pixalate) is a good to have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar
- Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo
