SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).

We are seeking applications for the position of Project Director for development of Employment Zones.

Missions/Main Duties

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Employment Zone Project.
• Develop and implement project strategies aligned with organizational and government objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and operational guidelines for project execution.
• Monitor project financial performance and resource utilization.
• Review project budgets, financial models, and investment proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising project managers, planners, engineers, consultants, and support staff.

Profile/Skills

• Post-Graduation in Engineering, Management, Planning, Infrastructure Development, Finance, or related discipline; OR Chartered Accountant (CA); OR Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); OR Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • • Urban Planning
    • Project Management
    • Infrastructure Development
    • Industrial Area/Industrial Park Development
    • Employment Zone, Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Industrial Corridor, Smart City, or similar large-scale development projects
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
