Context

The Senior Revit Modeler is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining high-quality BIM/Revit models throughout all project stages. This role supports multidisciplinary project teams by producing accurate 3D models, construction documentation, clash-free deliverables, and BIM-related outputs in accordance with project standards, client requirements, and industry best practices. The Senior Revit Modeler provides technical leadership, mentors junior modelers, and collaborates closely with Team Lead, Architects, Engineers, and Design Consultants

Missions/Main Duties

• Contribute Revit works to projects as directed, ensuring Client commitment are met.
• Undertake the duties of designer as highlighted in Construction Design and Management Regulations,
• Deliver task to the required quality, time, and budget under direction with self-check and group check to ensure compliance with BIM standards/BEP and quality requirements.
• Plan and prioritize assigned task and initiate reporting on progress and delivery of commitments.
• Contribute to the team’s achievement of Annual Plan by meeting or exceeding project targets,

• Understand all necessary interfaces between Engineers, modelers and other disciplines.
• Understands the project requirements and prepare detailed design model/drawings using AutoCAD and Revit or equivalent drafting/detailing or documentation software.
• Ensure that all Engineering/client markups have been incorporated in the drawings and/ or models, ensure all deliverables are in compliance with QA/QC process and checklist
• Review Drafters/modelers output and ensures that the deliverables are as per Project requirement (BIM Execution Plan) before submitting to Team Lead or BIM Coordinator for further review.
• Ensure that Drawing/Model production shall comply within BIM Execution Plan/Internal Workflow
• Coordinates with Engineer Originator and other different disciplines such as Architecture, MEPF and Civil for consistent drawing production
• Consults with the Team Lead, BIM Coordinator should there be clarification on the markups or instructions
• Carrying out additional responsibilities as needed and as delegated from time to time for furtherance of the project
• Guide and oversee other drafter/modeler to ensure the quality of their outputs.

Profile/Skills

Education:

Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.  

Skills:

• Revit specialists, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Oversee project execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards
• Act as the go-to expert for Revit workflows and BIM coordination.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Collaborate closely with engineers and team lead to deliver seamless results

Essential

• Five or more years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong written and spoken English;

Desirable

• Experience on rail, tunnels, bldgs infrastructure.
• Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit and other collaboration software.
