About this role
We are looking for a Functional Expert to join our Technical team to plan, design and oversight the project. This position requires a candidate with good technical knowledge in product and software development.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Business process and requirements
- Understanding Product management
- Understanding Client requirements and its business justification
- Capture, consolidate, and communicate the information from the Business users/Clients to the rest of the team
- Identify and resolve conflicting requirements.
- Work with the technical/development team to make sure that client needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
- Contribution to a knowledge-based development
- Provide technical and operational support
- Prepare documentation, maintain version control
- Post delivery support.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Information Technology/Power sector) or equivalent.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience at requirement gathering
- Good Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or google docs/ sheets/slides
