Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Chartered Accountant Fresher to join our Finance team. The candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and business performance monitoring. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with business leaders and gain exposure to financial strategy and decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Support preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Assist in revenue, cost, and profitability analysis.
• Perform trend analysis and identify key business drivers.

Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs.
• Generate business insights through financial data analysis.

Variance Analysis

• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast.
• Identify key variances and provide explanations to management.
• Highlight risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with operations, sales, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Participate in business reviews and performance discussions.

Financial Analysis

• Perform profitability, margin, and cost analysis.
• Support investment evaluation and business case preparation.
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation and reporting improvements.
• Support standardization of Finance processes and controls.
• Participate in finance transformation and digital initiatives.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Financial Models).
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is preferred.

Skill Requirements

Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified
• Strong academic record preferred

Articleship experience in finance, audit, reporting, budgeting, or business analysis will be an advantage
