Join DKB Code Factory as Principal Business Analyst and ensure analytical excellence and cross-team delivery readiness across the Property Management subdomain. You will translate complex business needs into clear, delivery-ready feature concepts, drive decision-quality for multi-team initiatives, and reduce rework and integration risk, delivering measurable business value for bank customers.

{ your_responsibilities: [

• Lead analysis and delivery preparation for complex, cross-team features across six product teams, producing clear scope, dependency maps, and acceptance criteria.   
• Build and maintain a comprehensive subdomain map (process flows, system dependencies, data flows) and surface gaps and automation opportunities.   
• Produce decision papers and feature concepts that compare options by business value, technical feasibility, economic impact, risks, and implementation effort.   
• Design and document API contracts, system interaction diagrams, sequence diagrams, and decision records to enable consistent implementation across teams.   
• Coach and uplift Business Analysts through templates, methods, pair-analysis, and workshops to increase analysis quality and consistency.   
• Facilitate alignment between Product Managers, Engineering, IT-Architects, and business stakeholders to de-risk delivery and clarify prioritization.   
• Establish and operationalize gating criteria, checklists, and templates that reduce late-stage requirement clarifications and architecture-related rework.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Proven experience leading business analysis and delivery preparation for multi-team features in a complex product environment.   
• Strong capability in business process analysis and modelling (e.g., BPMN or comparable notation) and experience producing delivery-ready artifacts.   
• Experience with API design and documentation tools (e.g., OpenAPI/Swagger) and the ability to produce clear interface specifications.   
• Demonstrable experience preparing decision papers or investment analyses that combine technical, business, and economic perspectives.   
• Comfortable working with agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-team coordination patterns.   
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills; proven experience influencing peers and senior stakeholders.   
• Languages: English — business fluent (required). German — strongly beneficial / business fluent preferred. Spanish — preferred.   
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and data protection considerations in banking or financial services.   
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro/draw.io (or similar), and competence in producing system/context diagrams and decision records.
