The Role
As a PPC Specialist/ Paid Media Specialist, thisissomeone who lives inside ad platforms (Google + Meta in particular), doing constanttesting and optimization of paid campaigns. Thisrole is nota content creator, social media coordinator, or brand strategist role.This role requires aneedofperformance-driven specialist focused on spend, testing and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Real hands-on ad spend history: real campaignsthey'vemanaged with real budgets
- Fluency in metrics (CPC, ROAS, conversion rate) without needing prompting
- Gets excited talking about specific teststhey'verun and what they learned
- Comfortable with having a testing mindset over guessing
- Analytical/finance mindset: comfortable living in spreadsheets and small % differences
- Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
