understands that in political communication, a visual can often say more than a paragraph.

You know when a design needs to be clean, when it needs to be loud, when a meme will work,
and when a political moment needs to become a visual right now.

know how to bring all of that together in a design.

• Create content in Kannada, Hindi, and English based on campaign requirements and target audiences.
• Work closely with content writers, social media executives, video editors, designers, and campaign strategists to develop and execute campaign content.
• Adapt creative concepts across different platforms, formats, audiences, and communication objectives.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across campaign and political communication materials.
• Respond quickly to breaking developments and create timely visual content around news, political events, speeches, and emerging narratives.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in political campaigns, digital media, communications, advertising, or other high-engagement environments.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, with advanced proficiency in relevant design tools.
• Excellent understanding of social media first design and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Indian politics, current affairs, and political communication.
• Strong visual instincts and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and compelling designs.
• Ability to design for different formats, audiences, and platforms without losing the core message.
• Ability to work independently, take feedback, and execute quickly under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, composition, hierarchy, and overall visual quality.
• A genuine interest in politics, digital media, design, and how narratives are shaped online.

What Will Set You Apart

• Prior experience working on political campaigns or public-facing communication.
• Experience designing for political leaders, parties, public figures, or high-visibility social media accounts.
• Experience creating meme-led content, reactive creatives, and trend-driven social media content.
• Understanding of regional and national political narratives and how they translate into digital communication.
• Experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or animated social media content.
• A strong understanding of internet culture, emerging formats, and digital audience behaviour.

What We Offer

• Opportunity to work on high-impact political campaigns and public-facing digital communication.
• A fast-paced, collaborative environment at the intersection of politics, design, and digital media.
