ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across static and motion formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating high-quality JPG creatives and MP4 videos, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role requires someone who can think creatively on their feet, quickly understand and assimilate briefs, and translate them into compelling visual stories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design high-impact static creatives (JPG) for digital, social, performance marketing, and website use.
  • Create engaging video content (MP4) for ads, reels, product showcases, and brand storytelling.
  • Translate marketing briefs into strong visual concepts with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to ensure visual consistency.
  • Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh creative approaches.
  • Deliver creatives within tight timelines without compromising on quality.
  • Optimize creatives based on platform requirements (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).

MUST HAVE SKILL:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to create both static and motion creatives independently.
  • Quick turnaround capability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to understand, interpret, and execute briefs effectively.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics is a strong plus).
  • Basic animation and motion design skills. Understanding of performance marketing creative formats.
  • Experience with brand storytelling and content-led campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video formats.
