• Manage billing and collections, related fund management instructions and documentation, and overdue payment reporting
• Manage Rent Roll, straight-line rent, and daily management instructions for rental income, CAM, and FM fees
• Review and manage asset-related tax matters, including property tax, comprehensive real estate holding tax, and road occupancy fees, and coordinate related payments
• Review VAT returns and supporting tax documentation
• Prepare settlement files related to asset disposals
• Perform other administrative and operational duties related to fund and asset management
