-채용 포지션 : 켄달스퀘어자산운용 자산운용팀 매니저급 (경력 3~8년)
* 담당업무 :
- 개발 및 매입 물류자산의 인수, 전반적인 자산관리 업무 수행
- 임대차 관련 업무(임대차계약 협의 지원 등)
- CapEx 및 R&M 관련 계획수립·검토 및 프로세스 관리
- 물류자산 운영 전략 수립 및 예산 작성 등 운영 관리 업무
- Cash Management 업무 수행
- 임차사 및 유관 관계사와의 커뮤니케이션
- 기타 관계사 대응 업무
* 자격요건 및 우대사항 :
- 자산운용사, Property Management (PM) 등 관련분야 경력 보유자
- 부동산 펀드 관련 회계 전공자 또는 경력 보유자 우대
- 업무에 대한 열정과 책임감을 갖추고 조직 친화력이 우수한 자
- 영어(Written & Oral)가능자 우대
