Job Summary
Support the deployment of Generative AI and agentic solutions in customer environments by assisting in execution of defined tasks across integration, testing, and basic configuration activities. Work closely with senior engineers to learn and contribute to translating solution designs into working implementations while adhering to established standards, reliability, and quality practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer deployments by assisting in execution of assigned tasks across development and pilot phases
- Assist in implementing basic components for AI solutions, including APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Support building and configuring simple RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and orchestration layers under guidance
- Assist in testing, validation, and basic evaluation of GenAI solutions using provided frameworks
- Monitor system behavior and escalate issues to senior engineers for resolution
- Work with data, APIs, and platform components to support system integration activities
- Follow established practices for safety, governance, and responsible AI implementation
- Document implementation steps, configurations, and learnings for reuse and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, platform, support) for execution support
- Assist in debugging and troubleshooting in non-production environments
Skill Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Python or any programming language
- Understanding of APIs and fundamental system integration concepts
- Awareness of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Foundational exposure to Generative AI / LLM concepts
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills for collaboration

- Exposure to OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar APIs
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering concepts
- Awareness of RAG and agent-based workflows
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Exposure to basic debugging, logging, or data handling concepts
