About this role

Company Description

MEDFAR Clinical Solutions was founded in 2010 by two aeronautical engineers who realized that the healthcare system was not exploiting the full potential of technology. Supported by a large community of medical experts and focused on clinical success and patient safety, MEDFAR was the first company to certify a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record in Canada: MYLE (Make Your Life Easy).

Committed to promoting excellence and effectiveness in healthcare worldwide, MEDFAR differentiates itself by offering a unique healthcare management solution for clinics, which replaces inefficient processes with a faster and safer technological alternative.

Job Description

The Payroll Coordinator supports the Payroll Master in the end-to-end payroll processing for employees located in Canada, the United States and India. • Contribute to the documentation of new payroll processes and workflows resulting from the HRIS rollout.

Coordination and Employee Support

  • Work closely with HR to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

  • Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding payroll, escalating complex questions to the Payroll Master as needed.

  • Assist with the preparation of payroll communications to employees.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize payroll processes across the three jurisdictions.

  • Take on increasing payroll responsibilities over time under the mentorship of the Payroll Master.
