Patient Service Representative – Virginia Beach, VA
Konikoff Dental Associates is looking for a friendly and dependable Patient Service Representative to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!
If you enjoy helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you! No dental experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm, friendly approach
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options
- Assist with completing treatment through appropriate financial arrangements
- Support the dental team and Office Manager with daily office needs
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service experience required
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
- Dental experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
What We Offer
Full-time schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
