You’ll be joining a newly formed team responsible for the first production runs– offering a rare chance to get involved from day one, help shape ways of working and build experience on a Guinness beer filling line… all while working within the Baileys site.

About the Role

As a Packaging Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient and reliable packaging operations while driving performance against production targets. • Strong problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Manufacturing Excellence, or similar methodologies.
