Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto:**
El Operador de Empaque es responsable de asegurar que los productos de Vichisa, S.A. de C.V. sean empacados de manera eficiente y segura, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y las normativas de la empresa. Trabaja en un entorno de producción para preparar productos para su distribución.
Responsabilidades del Puesto:**
* Operar y monitorear maquinaria de empaque, incluyendo llenadoras, selladoras, etiquetadoras y paletizadoras.
* Realizar ajustes menores y solucionar problemas básicos de los equipos de empaque.
* Inspeccionar productos y materiales de empaque para detectar defectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
* Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad e higiene.
* Registrar datos de producción, como cantidades empacadas, tiempos de inactividad y problemas de calidad.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo de producción para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
* Seguir las instrucciones de trabajo y los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) establecidos.
* Reportar cualquier problema de seguridad, calidad o funcionamiento de la maquinaria a la supervisión.
Calificaciones del Puesto:**
* Educación secundaria completa (preparatoria o bachillerato).
* Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en un entorno de manufactura o producción, preferiblemente en empaque.
* Habilidad para operar maquinaria y herramientas de forma segura y eficiente.
* Capacidad para seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas con precisión.
* Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad del producto.
* Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar objetos de peso moderado.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y fines de semana según se requiera.
* Habilidades básicas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
