Job Description:
Resumen del Puesto**
El Operador de Empaque es responsable de operar y mantener la maquinaria de empaque para asegurar el correcto envasado y etiquetado de los productos, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Operar, monitorear y ajustar la maquinaria de empaque (llenadoras, selladoras, etiquetadoras, etc.) de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar.
* Realizar inspecciones visuales de los productos y empaques para detectar defectos y asegurar la calidad.
* Alimentar las líneas de producción con materiales de empaque (envases, etiquetas, cajas, etc.) de manera oportuna.
* Registrar datos de producción, como cantidades producidas, tiempos de inactividad y problemas detectados.
* Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento básico de la maquinaria y el área de trabajo.
* Reportar cualquier anomalía o mal funcionamiento del equipo al supervisor.
* Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, higiene y calidad establecidas por la empresa.
* Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para mantener un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
Calificaciones del Puesto**
* Educación secundaria completa (preparatoria o equivalente).
* Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en operación de maquinaria de empaque en un entorno de producción (deseable).
* Habilidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas de manera precisa.
* Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y bajo presión.
* Destreza manual y atención al detalle.
* Conocimiento básico de medidas y capacidad para realizar cálculos simples.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días festivos.
* Capacidad para levantar y mover objetos de peso moderado (hasta 20 kg).
