We are looking for an Exhibition Logistics Coordinator to join our Exhibition & Events Logistics team at our headquarters in Elefsina.

The Exhibition Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing exhibition and event logistics projects from initial planning through final delivery and return transportation. Acting as a key communication point between customers, exhibitors, organizers, venues, carriers, subcontractors, and international partners, this role combines organizational precision, operational expertise, customer service, and international coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage exhibition and event shipments from planning through delivery and return.
• Coordinate with customers, exhibitors, organizers, venues, carriers, agents, and subcontractors.
• Arrange road, air, and sea freight in line with project requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate customs clearance, temporary import/export procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and project documentation.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues and last-minute changes.
• Coordinate venue deliveries, collections, and on-site operations.
• Maintain accurate project, cost, and invoicing records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and international partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of deadlines and service quality.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, commercial, and solutions-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site operational support when required.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, international transport, logistics, exhibitions/events, or a related field is welcome.
• Previous experience, specifically in exhibition and event logistics will be considered an advantage
