Operator 3, Warehousing

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Giao nguyên vật liệu/ hàng hóa cho xưởng sản xuất trong điều kiện tốt, an toàn sau khi thực hiện xong bước giao hàng trên ERP. 
• Đáp ứng thời gian giao hàng ngắn nhất từ Kho đến xưởng sản xuất. 
• Có kỹ năng sử dụng công cụ, dụng cụ khi giao và nhận nguyên vật liệu hay thành phẩm từ xưởng sản xuất, biết cách sắp xếp hàng hóa trong kho khoa học và nhắm tối ưu diện tích kho.
• Nhận WO/ Stock requisition (phiếu lãnh) tiến hành soạn hàng và kiểm tra số lượng thực tế so với phiếu yêu cầu trên hệ thống ERP đúng thời gian. 
• Cấp nguyên vật liệu tuân thủ theo ngyên tắc Nhập Trước, Xuất Trước hoặc yêu cầu cấp theo hạn sử dụng 
• Tất cả nguyên vật liệu phải được nhận dạng bằng tem nhãn và phải được Scan vào hệ thống trước khi giao qua xưởng sản xuất. 
•  Nhận và kiểm tra số lượng, tên hàng thực tế đúng với chứng từ  nhập vào hệ thống ERP và cung cấp cho xưởng sản xuất kịp thời. 
  • Báo cáo trực tiếp cấp giám sát kịp thời nếu phát hiện hàng hóa không đúng chủng loại, hư hỏng, biến dạng, ướt hay bất thường. 
  • Lưu giữ và chuyển giao tất cả các giấy tờ của nhà cung ứng cho người phụ trách liên quan. 
  • Tất cả nguyên vật liệu phải có tem nhãn rõ ràng và phải đầy đủ thông tin như yêu cầu: Mã Sản phẩm, Tên, Số lượng… 

Education & Experience

• Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông (12/12) 
• +2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan, ưu tiên kinh nghiệm làm việc tại kho của nhà máy sản xuất. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại kho là 1 lợi thế. 

 

Working Conditions

• Trong môi trường, điều kiện thuộc kho, công ty sản xuất.
• Có thể tiếp xúc với hóa chất, dung môi.
• Công việc có thể thay đổi tùy theo sự phân công.
• Theo yêu cầu từ EHS về việc tuân thủ quy tắc bảo vệ cá nhân
