Operations Executive (Food & Beverage Industry)

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry and be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily supply chain and operational activities.
• Manage procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track deliveries, optimize supply chain performance, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory analysis, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in the Food & Beverage Supply Chain industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Inventory Management systems.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
