  • More thanĀ 15 years of relevant experienceĀ in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of theĀ specialty coffee and F&B industry.
  • Proven experience managingĀ multiple branches and overall company operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
