As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in our company's success by supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient and effective operations, enabling the CCEs to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Assist the CCE team in handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Support the resolution of customer issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational processes and procedures.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operations or customer support role.
