Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our back-office operations. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Customer Care Executive (CCE) team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely support to the CCEs.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information to CCEs.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor and track customer interactions and provide feedback.
• Implement and maintain effective operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to new CCEs.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve overall operations.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
