Responsibilities
The On-Call Floater will be responsible performing business support services
- Provide copy center and office support at various legal office locations.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, mail processing, and package distribution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to attorneys, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Adapt quickly to different office environments and procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
- Reliable transportation is required, as travel between client locations throughout the valley is part of the job.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable learning new tasks and working in different office settings.
- Previous office, receptionist, mailroom, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- MS Office Suite skills
