Responsible for supporting in all SAP Administration activities, 
 

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives)

 SAP & PR Management
  • Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on approved requirements.
  • Verify PR details including material/service description, quantity, cost centre, WBS, GL code, and supporting documents.
  • Track PRs through the approval process and follow up with respective stakeholders for timely closure.
  • Coordinate with Procurement for conversion of PRs into Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Monitor open PRs and POs and maintain proper status trackers.
  • Make necessary amendments/corrections in SAP as per approved requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP data entry and maintain transaction records.
