About this role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on NPD professional with a passion for food, baking and innovation to join our team at Suchali’s Artisan Bakehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end new product development, from ideation and trials to commercialization.
- Conduct market research and identify emerging food trends and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead product trials, sensory evaluations and product testing.
- Develop product specifications, formulations and SOPs.
- Ensure product quality, food safety and operational feasibility.
- Track product performance post-launch and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage multiple NPD projects and ensure timely execution.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in NPD, R&D or product development.
- Experience in bakery, patisserie, FMCG, QSR or the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of ingredients, product formulation and food trends.
- A creative, detail-oriented and hands-on approach to product development.
- A genuine passion for creating products that people love.
