Role Overview
Responsible for strategic Capex procurement, cost control, vendor management, and execution for new stores and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BOQ validation, sourcing, vendor selection, commercial negotiation, PO, delivery, and installation.
- Manage key vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty, AMC, and delivery commitments.
- Drive Capex budgeting, cost optimization, savings, and budget vs. actual tracking.
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Warehouse for end-to-end execution.
- Monitor Capex inventory, equipment deployment, and warehouse planning.
- Drive effective use of NetSuite and HiSync and ensure process compliance.
- Track critical orders, manage escalations, and ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare Capex MIS and management reports with key cost and procurement insights.
