Job Description

Are you an experienced Front Office professional who thrives in a leadership role? We are looking for a confident and guest-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Front Office team during the overnight shift and ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Act as the Manager on Duty, handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally.
• Oversee the night audit process and ensure all financial and operational reports are completed accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security and Engineering to support overnight operations.
• Monitor arrivals, departures and VIP guests to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the overnight team while maintaining a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel's Front Office.
• Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel PMS systems.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
