About this role
We are looking for a talented Microsoft Business Applications Developer to design, develop, and support business-critical solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role combines software development, systems integration, automation, reporting, and application support to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions.
What You'll Be Cooking:
- Develop, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Build and maintain extensions, integrations, reports, workflows, and system improvements.
- Design and support Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
- Develop SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions that improve collaboration and business processes.
- Build and maintain integrations between Business Central, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and other business systems.
- Support APIs, dataflows, automation services, and third-party integrations.
- Apply software development best practices, including testing, source control, documentation, and release management.
- Support reporting, data quality, SQL queries, and business intelligence requirements.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, system optimization, and enterprise application support.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in software development, business applications, or enterprise systems.
- Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Planning, prioritization, and delivery focus.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accountability.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Commitment to developing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Clear criminal record.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support for critical incidents or planned releases.
- Willingness to travel to company locations when required.

- ERP implementation or upgrade experience.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, logistics, distribution, or multi-site environments.
- Experience integrating Business Central with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Exposure to solution lifecycle management, governance, environment management, and enterprise application support.
