- Manage and oversee Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting workers and technicians to ensure accurate, safe and on-schedule task completion. This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concerns.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
- Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
