Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support business initiatives and operational activities, ensuring effective project coordination, execution, and performance monitoring. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and analytical professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to business objectives in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of business and operational initiatives.

• Coordinate and track projects, timelines, and action plans.

• Analyze information and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.

• Develop presentations, reports, and supporting materials.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.

• Promote the use of digital tools and Artificial Intelligence capabilities to enhance productivity.

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of priorities and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management (PMO), Program Support, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar functions within the pharmaceutical industry (Preferred).

• Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably within a regulated industry.

• Advanced written and spoken English (required).

• Fluent Portuguese or Spanish. (required).

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and digital technologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
