  • Salary: HEW Level 5 $85,778 – $97,006 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading
  • Create content supporting the launch of Western's first India campus


Produce coordinated digital, print and multimedia content for the launch of Western Sydney University's first campus in India.

The Opportunity
Western Sydney University is seeking a Marketing Content Producer, TNE to support the launch of its first campus in India. Working across Marketing, Communications and Recruitment, this position will produce engaging content that strengthens student recruitment and brand communications across digital, print and multimedia channels.

The Marketing Content Producer, TNE will create website, social media, campaign and email content, along with print collateral and stories showcasing students, alumni, partnerships and research. The position will also coordinate updates to India campus webpages, maintain accurate online content and ensure all materials align with the University’s brand standards.

Central to the position is the coordination of photography and videography projects, including the development of storyboards, scripts and production briefs. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external creative suppliers, together with careful management of concurrent content requests and production timelines, will support the timely delivery of launch materials.

What Success Looks Like:
Success in this position will be demonstrated through the timely delivery of engaging, brand-aligned content that supports the India campus launch and student recruitment objectives. This will involve:

  • Producing engaging, accurate and brand-aligned content across digital, print and multimedia channels.
  • Coordinating photography and videography projects from briefing and scripting through to content capture.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate content across the University’s India campus webpages.
  • Developing effective email communications and supporting the monitoring and optimisation of campaign performance.
  • Coordinating concurrent content requests, stakeholders and suppliers to meet critical launch timelines.

About You
The successful candidate will bring strong content production expertise, sound judgement and the ability to coordinate competing priorities in a collaborative environment. This will include:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience producing marketing and communications content for websites, social media, email, publications and multimedia channels.
  • Highly developed copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project coordination, organisation and stakeholder relationship management skills, including experience working with multiple contributors or external suppliers.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary content marketing, digital communications, audience engagement principles and brand standards.


It is desirable that the successful candidate also brings:

  • Experience within the higher education, education or international student recruitment sectors.
  • Experience using content management systems and coordinating external creative suppliers, including photographers, videographers and design agencies.
