About this role

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - ORM with a strong focus on Online Reputation Management (ORM) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing ORM strategies, and ensuring our clients' online presence is positive, impactful, and aligned with their brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to safeguard and enhance the digital reputation of our clients in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their ORM needs.
    • Regularly meet with clients to discuss their goals, performance, and strategy for online reputation management.

  • Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop and implement customized ORM strategies tailored to each client’s brand, objectives, and target audience.
    • Monitor online sentiment, reviews, social media mentions, and search engine results to proactively manage and mitigate negative content.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (content, SEO, social media, PR) to drive reputation-building initiatives.

  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track online reviews, mentions, and social media trends related to clients and create detailed, data-driven reports.
    • Analyze performance metrics and provide clients with actionable insights to improve their online reputation.
    • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sentiment analysis, online ratings, and share of voice.

  • Crisis Management:
    • Respond swiftly to any reputational crises or negative publicity, working to mitigate damage to the client’s brand image.
    • Collaborate with legal, PR, and communication teams when necessary to address complex issues or manage high-impact situations.

  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other account managers, digital marketers, content creators, and designers to align ORM initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
    • Ensure all ORM tactics are executed seamlessly across platforms and that client expectations are met consistently.

  • Client Education & Consultation:
    • Educate clients on best practices for managing their online reputation, including review solicitation, social media engagement, and proactive communication.
    • Keep clients informed about emerging trends in ORM and suggest innovative tactics to maintain a positive online presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or online reputation management.
    • Proven experience working with clients in managing their online reputation and executing ORM strategies.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with ORM tools and platforms (Sprinkler, Locobuzz, Meltwater, Netbase any other ORM tool)
    • Strong understanding of SEO, social media platforms, and online sentiment analysis.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data, generating reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in crisis or reputation management situations.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over client outcomes.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
