Manager-Financial Systems (EDMCS)

The Product Analyst for Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle Cloud EDMCS, translating them into functional specifications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs
• Apply industry best practices in EPM financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions
• Configure and support EDMCS module 
• Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.

• Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

• Masters degree in business, Information System, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle EDMCS context
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EDMCS applications and understanding of business processes.
• Understanding of Reference Data Management applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Exposure to Agile development methodology

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
