About the role: A successful candidate will be passionate about delivering a rich and exciting player experience through thoughtful and data-driven reward mechanics. If you have a passion for games and analytics, then this is a great opportunity. You’ll partner closely with Live Ops, Product, and Analytics teams to create and maintain rewards systems that are engaging, balanced, and seamlessly integrated into Betty’s product. This role comes at an exciting time for Betty, as we launch a wave of new features and offer the opportunity to build something truly innovative in iGaming. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing a comprehensive Loyalty Shop strategy.
• Managing the loyalty shop offering – bonus purchases and tangible items (digital and physical)
• Setting up local (Alberta) partnerships to ensure an ever-evolving shopping experience and smooth logistics.
• Running regular shop discounts and promotions.
• Owning the shop P&L.
• Analyzing shop performance and generating relevant reports.
• Collaborating with internal teams and acting as a Loyalty Shop main expert.
• Participating in the development of new Loyalty Shop features and promotional tools.

Requirements:

• Experience owning a loyalty programme in the gambling industry or digital loyalty program management or e-commerce
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset and the ability to make decisions based on performance metrics. SQL experience is a plus.
• Fluency in both - verbal and written English
• Strong understanding of mobile products and player behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain reward mechanic design through a clear, player-focused lens
• Good understanding of product, commercial, operational, and marketing principles.
