Deine Aufgabe

  • Einbindung ins Alarmsystem (Linienbetreuung, Fehlerbearbeitung)

  • Ausgleich von Kapaengpass

  • Ansprechperson für die IE bei Einführungen von Neuprojekten und Serienständen

  • Mithilfe beim Ausbilden von neuen Mitarbeitern

  • Veranlassen von Korrekturen der Montageanleitung

  • Fertigungshilfsmittel organisieren / Kleinprojekte durchführen und leiten

  • Prozessbeobachtungen, Austaktungen und Zeitaufnahmen

  • Erarbeiten von Problemlösungen und Mithilfe bei Fehlermanagement

  • Stellvertretung des Gruppenleiters

  • Bindeglied zwischen Monteuren und direkten Vorgesetzten

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen u.a. Entwicklung, IE, Service, etc.

  • Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards

Was wir suchen

  • Mechanische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung von min. 2 Jahren

  • Motiviert bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen und verbessern

  • Strukturiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten

  • Teamfähig, kommunikativ und durchsetzungsstark

  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (u.a. SAP, MS Office, etc.)
