About the Role

Are you an experienced fraud prevention leader with the ability to protect revenue while enabling secure, scalable digital operations?

 

In this role, you will lead fraud prevention and chargeback management activities across payment and transaction environments, ensuring effective controls, risk mitigation, and rapid response to fraudulent activity.

 

You will manage a team of fraud analysts and specialists, oversee fraud monitoring and chargeback processes, and deliver actionable fraud reporting and insights to support decision‑making.

 

You will be responsible for identifying emerging fraud trends, strengthening fraud prevention systems, and enhancing policies, procedures, and controls.

 

The role will require close collaboration with internal stakeholders to investigate suspicious activity, manage chargeback risk, support loss mitigation, and ensure operational continuity.

 

You will also contribute to fraud strategy development, horizon scanning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring fraud prevention capabilities remain aligned with evolving threats, regulatory requirements, and business growth.

 

This is a critical leadership role that balances commercial enablement with strong governance and risk management in a fast‑paced, digital first environment.

About You

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud risk management, chargeback operations, or financial crime,

 

You are expected to demonstrate experience managing fraud monitoring environments, investigating complex fraud cases, and leading teams responsible for fraud detection and loss prevention. As well as strong knowledge of fraud management systems, transaction monitoring, chargeback processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
