About the Role

Are you passionate about managing government relations processes that keep employee documentation compliant, accurate, and on track? This role is central to processing visas, work permits, iqamas, and employee registrations across our workforce operations. It supports timely approvals, regulatory compliance, and seamless employee integration. A core part of the role is preparing and submitting complete application files while tracking renewals and registration deadlines. Strong document control helps reduce delays, avoid rework, and maintain legal work status. Working closely with government entities, this position supports smooth coordination on permits, registrations, and pending applications. The role also partners with internal teams to resolve requirements quickly and keep decisions informed. In addition, the role monitors changes in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia employment and labor regulations to support proactive compliance. Clear escalation of regulatory risks helps protect operational continuity and maintain high standards. Accurate recordkeeping is essential, with responsibility for maintaining organized files, updating tracking systems, and producing reliable compliance reports. This ensures audit-ready documentation and real-time visibility across government-related processes.  This is a vital role where your precision, responsiveness, and regulatory knowledge will help keep our people processes moving smoothly and compliantly.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in government relations, regulatory administration, or employee registration processes.

You will bring knowledge of visa, work permit, iqama, and registration processes, along with document management, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.

Success in this role depends on attention to detail, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
