About this role

  • Monitor & control PM,RM,CBM, break down maintenance
  • Plan outage works
  • Monitor and execution of Annual overhaul maintenance 
  • Interface with other departments to achieve set plant goals
  • Practice & implement Safety measures for departmental staff to achieve zero accidents goal.
  • Monitor contractor’s works to perform timely & quality work.
  • Organizing & Monitoring Maintenance as per plan.
  • Identifying Spares requirements.
  • Identifying System Improvement through innovative ideas & best practices.
  • Implement best work practices.
  • Implementation of SMS & Follow-up.
  • Identify of ZFO& ZFPO & execution of action plan.
  • Under the CHETNA guideline audit SI & SRFA on weekly basis.
  • Recognition and prevention of unsafe act and unsafe condition

Essential Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 

Desired Qualification: M.B.A, M.E / M.Tech - Electrical, Energy Manager / Energy Auditor

Experience Total : 18-22 Yrs
