Provides senior-level support for Oracle Transportation Management, keeping shipment planning, tendering, and freight settlement processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for the OTM application
- Troubleshoot issues in shipment planning, tendering, and freight settlement
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and interfaces within OTM
- Support configuration changes and minor enhancements
- Work with logistics/business teams to resolve functional issues
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring OTM incidents
- Ensure SLA compliance for OTM support tickets
- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base
Skill Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Transportation Management
- Understanding of transportation/logistics processes (planning, execution, freight audit)
- Experience with OTM integrations (EDI/APIs) to ERP/WMS systems
- SQL skills for data troubleshooting
- Experience with ITIL-based support processes
Other Requirements
- OTM certification
- Experience in an FMCG/CPG supply chain environment
