· Support standardization of the customer Asset list, resolving nomenclature inconsistencies (Manufacturer, Model, Description, etc.) per OneSource standardization tables

· Support data governance by maintaining accuracy, consistency, and integrity of asset and program data across systems, flagging discrepancies and helping resolve data quality issues as they arise

· Contribute to broader OneSource innovation initiatives that improve lab optimization and reduce cost

· Build a thorough understanding of the Client’s business, processes, and instruments in order to help meet their business goals

· Collaborate effectively with others, communicating ideas and viewpoints clearly to management, peers, and stakeholders; contribute to project initiation and issue resolution; and hold self accountable for results

· Support customer relationship management by maintaining a consistent communication process with the Program Manager.

· Help implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key customer stakeholders
