About this role

Η εταιρεία Mellon Technologies επιθυμεί να προσλάβει για λογαριασμό Χρηματοπιστωτικού Οργανισμού Στέλεχος Τμήματος Ασφαλείας Τραπεζικών Συναλλαγών.

Ο κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει τις παρακάτω κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολούθηση οικονομικών συναλλαγών, δραστηριότητας λογαριασμών και συστημάτων για ύποπτα μοτίβα ή δραστηριότητες, καθώς και επικοινωνία γραπτή και προφορική (εξερχόμενες και εισερχόμενες κλήσεις) με πελάτες και άλλα τραπεζικά ιδρύματα.
  • Διερεύνηση ύποπτων δραστηριοτήτων ή περιστατικών απάτης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της εξέτασης ιστορικού συναλλαγών και της συλλογής αποδεικτικών στοιχείων.
  • Χρήση προηγμένων εργαλείων και τεχνικών για ανάλυση δεδομένων και εντοπισμό πιθανής απάτης.
  • Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση στοιχείων υποθέσεων, σημειώσεων έρευνας και αποτελεσμάτων σε βάσεις δεδομένων και συστήματα παρακολούθησης.
  • Διερεύνηση τάσεων απάτης και υποβολή προτάσεων για βελτίωση των μέτρων ανίχνευσης.
  • Δημιουργία και υποστήριξη αναφορών σχετικά με τάσεις απάτης, ύποπτες δραστηριότητες και έρευνες.
  • Πτυχίο Ανώτερου ή Ανώτατου εκπαιδευτικού ιδρύματος με επιθυμητή κατεύθυνση στα Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας.
  • Καλή χρήση Η/Υ (ικανότητα χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office).
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο επιθυμητή.
  • Πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη και προσέγγιση.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες (άνεση και ευγένεια στην επικοινωνία).
