Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for Junior Collateral Officer to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of syndicated loans and related collateral.
• Liaise with banks and internal departments to collect and review loan agreements, security documentation, and other related documents.
• Maintain and update collateral records in banking systems.
• Track documentation requirements and follow up on remediation actions arising from audit findings.
• Assist in internal and external audits through the retrieval, review, and documentation of files and records.
• Support day-to-day operational activities related to loan and collateral management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in banking, financial services, loan administration, or business lending is considered an advantage.
• Exposure to loan administration, business lending, or collateral management processes will be considered as a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
