Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (Banking) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IT and business projects from planning through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring progress against agreed milestones.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and management to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to contractual commitments.
• Ensure compliance with banking, regulatory, security, and internal governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for senior management, while supporting change management and user adoption activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, IT, banking operations, or a related role.
• Previous experience within a bank, financial institution, or other regulated financial services environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory compliance requirements, risk management, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrate ability to manage project timelines, budgets, vendors, and reporting activities effectively.
