Job Description

• Expand and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and stakeholders in China
• Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery dates and assert our interests
• Contribute to the development of new products, while taking full ownership for ensuring product quality
• Work closely with the team at the Berlin headquarter to ensure seamless integration of global activities

Qualifications

• Willingness to live and work in China (Shanghai) for at least 2 years and to travel frequently within China to visit partners
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English (or German) fluently
• A strong academic background, e.g. in Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to operate and succeed in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or business development is a plus
