压铸工艺高级工程师

岗位职责:

• 负责生产线品质失误的原因分析和改善
• 负责生产线的改善，提高生产效率，节省成本
• 负责机器零配件和模夹具的改善
• 协助项目经理开发新项目和解决技术难题
• 负责机模应有状态跟进
• 参与自动化项目的改进
• 负责压铸工艺方案制定及制定标准作业文件；
• 负责产品试模跟进和参数调试及同时提出模具修改建议；
• 负责机台工艺监控及固化并定期复核工艺稳定性;

岗位要求:

• 大专或以上学历，机械/材料类相关专业
• 4年以上压铸工艺工程相关现场和项目管理工作经验
• 具备相关压铸理论知识及产品压铸可制造性分析能力
• 具备相关压铸缺陷产生的根本原因分析能力及制定改善对策；
• 熟练压铸生产工艺及模具结构，熟悉铝合金或锌合金
• 熟练Solidworks或者AutoCad佳
• 英语良好
