About this role
USI is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Recruiter. The candidates have proven track records of talent acquisition and employer branding promotion.
【工作內容】
1. 使用多重管道（Linkedin等）及策略建立人才網絡以快速回應公司人才需求
2. 與用人單位及主管一同評估人才需求並提供相關招募建議
3. 運用多元方式吸引人才，同時建立人才庫
4. 透過電話訪談與行為面談等方式評估及篩選出符合公司的人選
5. 開發及建立符合職位條件之人選pipeline ，規劃未來招募需求
6. 提供人選一個優良的求職體驗
7. 推廣雇主品牌
1. Using a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, etc.) and strategies to build a network to quickly and effectively fulfill positions.
2. Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy.
3. Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
4. Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful in the USI environment.
5. Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
6. Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
7. Promoting USI’s employer branding on campus.
