What You'll Do
Support and administer enterprise low-code and automation platforms.
Manage user access, permissions, environments, and platform configurations.
Troubleshoot platform, workflow, integration, and application issues.
Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
Monitor platform health and support incident resolution activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with business users and technology teams to support platform initiatives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in IT support, application support, system administration, software development, or related technical roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms through internships, coursework, projects, or work experience.
Basic understanding of application support and troubleshooting.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
Preferred Certifications
The following certifications are a plus but not required:
Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
