About the Role
Vinove Software & Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will plan, run and optimize paid campaigns to generate quality leads and measurable ROI, while managing budgets and reporting on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with lead-generation and revenue goals.
- Manage monthly budgets and allocate spend across platforms for the best ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, lookalike and retargeting strategies.
- Write and test ad copy, creatives and landing-page recommendations to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Continuously optimize bids, targeting, placements and creatives to reduce CPL / CPA and improve ROAS.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Run A/B tests and share insights; keep up with platform updates and best practices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Coordinate with design, content, web and sales teams to align campaigns and lead quality.
- Guide and mentor junior PPC executives.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on PPC experience with demonstrable expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets with measurable CPL / ROAS improvements.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns, ideally B2B / IT services or SaaS.
- Good understanding of landing-page optimization and CRO basics.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads or programmatic platforms.
- Exposure to CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho) for lead-quality tracking.
- Experience with automation scripts and bidding strategies.
